Announcements:
1. Today begins our Week Of Prayer For State Missions. Our offering goal is $500.00. Let us Pray and Give!
2. Today we will start a Disaster Relief Fund. The money will be given to our Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Effort. We will promote this for 4 Sundays. We must help the victims of the Hurricane!
3. Quarters For Kids! We will turn this offering in on September 19 at our Senior Adult Rally in Lockesburg.
4. Tickets for the Beth Moore Simulcast at Hope on September 16 are still available. Contact Christine Morris.
5. There will be a meeting of the sanctuary committee right after church today in the ladies’ Sunday school classroom. Committee members are Gay, Keisha,Donna. Christie, and Judy. The meeting will be very brief.
6. Children’s church is available for children thru Grade 1. Thank you workers.
7. Deacons and deacons’ wives will meet at 5:45 tonite.
8. Coats, shoes, blankets, and anything warm are needed for the mission trip to New Mexico. This is sponsored by the Cowboy church. If you can help, please put them in the box in the mens’ classroom.
9. The church will be preparing a meal for our football team on Oct. 6.
